You are going to "hear" Good & Bad things about EVERY new Broad Head that comes on to the market! But to perpetuate a claim one way or the other without proof positive...ie (personal testing or testing from someone that you know personally who has shot these heads) is not really valid.

Joella Bates, an international archer friend of mine who has taken many animals with the bow including the first woman to complete the African Big 5 (Elephant, Cape Buff, Rhino, Leopard, and Lion) has asked me to test these BH's this season. She claims they are great Broad Heads that have preformed quite well for her on deer.

Though I am not thrilled with the design personally, I can't really comment on them from a personal standpoint as I have yet to give them a go. I have field tested a lot of BH's that I have "heard" things about , one way or the other and give first hand info on their performance but to make a blatant statement without first hand knowledge is nothing more than speculation. cool.gif

NatDad, what do you think about trying them on a hog before deer season?

Look forward to hearing your reviews. or anyone else who tries them.

With the lighter weight bow I have been relegated to shooting due to getting injured last year, 52 lbs....I have some trepidation concerning penetration especially on thicker hide game. I also am not a big fan of the chisel point on ANY broadhead and much prefer a cut on impact Fixed blade or a cut on impact if using a Mech head. If I do run a field test on these heads this year, you guys will be the first to see the reports!! cool.gif

I heard the when they first came out (years ago) that they had problems, but the newer models are working good.
